1. Acceptance of Terms
By using NextCore BD's website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Services
NextCore BD provides only AI automation services — Messenger bot, WhatsApp bot, workflow automation, CRM integration, and custom AI solutions. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per project agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Agreed price must be paid for services. Usually 50% advance and 50% on delivery. Refund policy varies per project and will be specified in the agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client after final payment. However, NextCore BD retains rights to its proprietary frameworks, libraries, and tools.
5. Limitation of Liability
NextCore BD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Maximum liability equals the project value.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payment and deliverable handover apply at termination.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Sirajganj.
